Boston, MA [DATE] — Rental Beast today announced the expansion of its integration with MLSOK, introducing Add/Edit tools that give MLSOK subscribers the ability to create and manage rental listings directly through the Rental Beast platform, with changes automatically syncing to the MLS.
The announcement reflects a broader shift playing out across Oklahoma's rental market. Renter households represent a significant share of Oklahoma's housing landscape. In Oklahoma City, 43% of households rent rather than own. With housing affordability pressures, more residents are renting longer. Yet the vast majority of rental transactions have historically occurred off-MLS, outside the visibility of the platforms where real estate professionals do business, and outside the commission opportunities they could capture.

The Add/Edit tools allow MLSOK subscribers to create and edit rental listings directly in Rental Beast, which then automatically publishes them to the MLS, eliminating the duplicate data entry and inconsistency that have long made rental listing management cumbersome for agents and property managers alike.
The expanded integration also introduces Instant Claim, a Rental Beast technology that automatically identifies active rental listings in various property management software systems and assigns them to the appropriate listing agents. For MLSOK, Instant Claim is projected to meaningfully increase the MLS rental listing count by surfacing existing inventory that has never been captured in the system. Combined with the Rental Expert Dashboard, a centralized workspace purpose-built for property managers and high-volume rental operators, these tools position MLSOK as an attractive platform for real estate professionals who have largely operated outside the MLS to date.
