Boston, MA (March 24, 2026)—Rental Beast today announced the expansion of its integration with ARMLS® (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service), introducing Add/Edit tools that allow subscribers to manage rental listings through the Rental Beast platform and automatically publish them to Flexmls.
With this integration, ARMLS subscribers will be able to add and edit rental listings directly in Rental Beast, and they will automatically appear in both systems. This eliminates duplicate data entry, reduces errors, and ensures rental listings remain consistent and up to date across platforms. Bringing efficiency for Arizona brokers and agents is a core ARMLS goal.
“This is Phase 2 of our ongoing collaboration with ARMLS,” said Ishay Grinberg, CEO of Rental Beast. “By integrating our Add/Edit capabilities into the MLS workflow, we’re helping real estate professionals save time, work more efficiently, and access a broader set of rental inventory while using built-in application tools. At the same time, we’re helping ensure rental data stays connected to the MLS ecosystem rather than becoming fragmented.”
The expanded integration also introduces tools designed to help agents capture and manage rental opportunities more effectively. Rental Beast’s Instant Claim technology automatically identifies and assigns rental listings to the appropriate listing agents, helping ensure accurate attribution while reducing manual administrative work. Instant Claim is projected to increase the ARMLS listing count by approximately 25% virtually instantly.
Subscribers can also leverage the Rental Expert Dashboard, a centralized workspace that streamlines rental listing management for property managers and investors by simplifying portfolio oversight, accelerating listing updates, and improving data accuracy. The dashboard provides a modern, action-driven interface that helps high-volume rental operators manage listings more efficiently while ensuring cleaner, more compliant data flows into MLS systems, ultimately strengthening rental inventory visibility and operational efficiency. This sets the stage for ARMLS to become an even more attractive platform for a large, net-new universe of members in the investment and property management category.
Matthew Consalvo, CEO of ARMLS, added: “Our subscribers want better tools, and this integration delivers. Rental Beast doesn't just streamline listing management; it lets a larger part of our real estate community participate. It opens doors to a new category of subscriber we’re here to serve.”
The Add/Edit tool builds on Rental Beast’s existing ARMLS integration, which provides subscribers with access to verified rental listings, connections to property management systems, and Apply Now, Rental Beast’s online rental application and tenant screening solution.
