Rental Beast was selected because of its data, technology in support of transparency and accuracy, and its empowerment of real estate agents.
The rental market has always been a first step or final step in the journey to and from homeownership. The technology tools to trail that journey have not always been in place or as relevant to the industry. The Rental Beast platform is being promoted by SCV because it has built that relevance into its tools.
